Home Repair services are provided to owner-occupied dwellings that are in need of basic health and safety repairs. Priority is given to seniors and persons with disabilities. Repairs can also include modifications for handicap accessibility. Through partnerships, Skyline can also assist with homes that have no water or wastewater system or have a system that is failing or does not meet basic standards.

Skyline's Home Repair program is available in Greene, Madison and Orange Counties. Clients in need should call Bill Perry at 434-985-6066 to determine availability of funding or receive referrals to additional resources.

How do I apply for services?

If I don't need financial assistance, can I still receive help?

Skyline is also available to provide housing counseling services to guide homeowners through the repair process. This includes a review of your household finances to make sure the repairs are financially feasible as well as guidance on how to select and oversee a contractor.
