Board of Directors

Skyline CAP is governed by a tripartite board, which means at least one third of our directors represents the low-income families and individuals we serve, another third is made up of public officials, and the balance represents other major groups and interests in our communities. This structure is vital to our operation because it allows us to obtain input on community needs, resources and program effectiveness from all sectors.
